Recently we were invited to try the Sunrise Savers Breakfast Menu at Bob Evans. Each farm-fresh and made-to-order menu item is reasonably priced making it the perfect spot for a family breakfast! I am sharing our review of our breakfast at Bob Evans.

Review of Bob Evans Breakfast

The other day, I was home with my teens and we decided to go on a breakfast date to commemorate the end of summer. Technically it was a lunch date but the good thing about Bob Evans is that breakfast is served all day long! The way to a teens heart is through food, kidding sort of!

It is easy to fill up on food at Bob Evans for a reasonable price. We selected breakfast items from the Sunrise Savers menu and the hardest thing was deciding what to order.

There are a lot of choices on the Sunrise Savers menu including:

  • Bowl of Oatmeal, made fresh daily and served with real brown sugar, milk and dried cranberries or honey-roasted pecans
  • Brioche French Toast, with butter, syrup and topped with powdered sugar
  • Sunrise breakfast meal with two fresh-cracked eggs cooked to order, choice of warm hash browns, home fries or fresh-cut fruit and freshly baked bread
  • The Classic Breakfast, featuring two fresh-cracked eggs cooked to order with your choice of one Bob Evans famous breakfast meats and a side of freshly baked bread ($7.99).

My son chose the Buttermilk Hotcakes served with butter and syrup. My daughter and I both choose the Mini Sampler. We liked that the Mini Sampler came with a little bit of everything! Each item on the Sunrise Savers menu is priced from $4.99-$7.99.

Our food came out fast and fresh! My son gave his stamp of approval!

We also ordered the Cinna-Biscuits which is eight pieces of made-to-order fried biscuit dough dusted with cinnamon sugar and served with warm cream cheese icing. This was not on the Savers menu but it was hard to pass up this item, especially since they are only $2.99. These were amazing!

We also ordered a few drinks including the Sweet Cream Cold Brew and the Strawberry Citrus Splash! I love that at the drinks are served in Mason Jars.

It was really special to have this time with my teenagers. They are always so busy and sometimes the teens are just passing by each other in between their schedules.

It had been a while since I had been inside a Bob Evans restaurant and I realized that the restaurant is so cozy and inviting. Bob Evans offers carry out but I do really think it is nice to dine in the restaurant!

Every Friday during the school year, my husband and I take turns going out to breakfast with one of the kids. When it is the kids turn, they get to pick the restaurant. Now that we have been to Bob Evans, I know we will be adding this place into our rotation!
