The pepperoni consists of pork, beef, salt, spices, dextrose, natural flavor, lactic acid starter culture, oleoresin of paprika, sodium ascorbate, maltodextrin, garlic powder, sodium nitrate, and citric acid. It’s important to note that the pepperoni contains mustard, but both maltodextrin and natural flavors are gluten-free.

The cheese is made from low moisture part-skim mozzarella, muenster cheese, powdered cellulose, and natamycin.
How Does the Little Caesars Gluten Free Pizza Taste?
Katie Price, the Director of Operations, kindly sent me a gluten-free pizza kit to try. And let me tell you, it was delicious! The pizza had that classic flavor we all love. The sauce had a bit of a zip to it, which added a delightful kick. My husband, who cannot consume pork, used turkey pepperoni, but we stuck with the cheese they provided.
