Caffeine In Energy Drinks
Energy drinks are a great coffee alternative, whether you’re looking for something to enhance your workout, power you through a busy day, or keep you focused on the task at hand.
However, many times they also have some downsides, like excessive calories and/or added sugar. Also, if you aren’t keeping an eye on your caffeine consumption, you can easily consume too much and experience some adverse effects – like insomnia, nervousness, restlessness, increased heart rate, and nausea.
Anyway, this energy drink guide takes all of the caffeine guesswork out of the equation! It will tell you exactly how much caffeine there is in the most popular energy drinks – and it will also tell you their calories.
Also, just so you know, I organized the list based on the energy drinks with the highest caffeine content to the lowest.
