The Cajun Benedict

Two poached eggs atop cheese bread or cornbread toasted with house baked ham & tomato creole cream.  Served with home fries.                         

Blackened Salmon & Cream Cheese

Tender pieces of blackened salmon with cream cheese egg omelet topped with a light cream sauce, red onions and capers...our version of cajun lox.                         

Cajun Green Eggs & Ham

A thick slice of country baked ham with eggs that are whipped with spinach.  Served with home fries & toast                               

(Horton Hears a..) Who Hash & Eggs
House made corn beef and potato hash served with two eggs any style with toast.
